2007 Customer Survey Results
We surveyed our 2007 customers to find out how we were doing in our first year offering the Home Therapy Booklets and hears what they had to say:

• 100% said the information was presented in a clear and organized fashion
• 100% said the booklet was easy to use
• 100% said the booklet provided more information than what their hospital provided them with
• 100% said they would recommend the booklet to other pet owners
• 100% said they they wished their hospital had provided them with the booklet at time of discharge

Thanks to all that took the time to respond.  We are both satisfied and humbled that we were able to be a part of your pets recovery. Also thank you for all your feedback and we will impliment many of your recommendations in our Second Edition.
