Thanks to her surgeon and YOU DD is doing great.  She had her TPLO surgery on Feb 9 which went very well; her staples were removed on Feb 23, again uneventful and will return for follow-up x-rays on Mar 14 or 15.  We are now 3 weeks out from her surgery and she is feeling so good it is a real challenge. A little background: DD Puppers is 78 lb, female pit bull 8 years of age. I am a 74 year old woman who weighs twice as much as DD but less than half the strength:) However, DD has been the best patient since the surgery and she is still very patient with me!

Since your protocols and her surgeons are so close we are following your TPLO recovery booklet and if our success keeps compounding DD and I are going to have a very pleasant old age.  Thanks for your interest and concern.

Carroll Towner and DD Puppers

Your information was very helpful for me and my 3 year pitbull, Haley.  She actually had TPLO on her back right leg on Feb 09, 2012.  She has had follow-up films and is healing very nicely.  She limps occasionally depending on the circumstances, but seem to overall getting better.

Thank-you kindly!

Dr. J,

Ryder has recovered uneventfully from his TPLO surgery in February, and we attribute much of the smooth recovery to your excellent videos and advice on recovery techniques.  Mary Ann, Ryder and I thank you for your assistance.  Swimming makes up the bulk of Ryder’s exercise, and lately he’s been making great leaps (see attached)

5 star glycanaid review
John MacEvoy, Mary Ann Capria, and Ryder The Knucklehead

Thank you so much for your weekly guides for TPLO surgery.  My 10 year old Boxer had his TPLO surgery 2 1/2 weeks ago and your newsletter emails are such a help!  Very little was explained after the surgery other than to keep him crated.  Thank you – thank you – thank you!!  It’s good to have a planned outlined such as yours.  We receive the Glycanaid HA yesterday and both of my Boxers have started the supplements. They both LOVED them and I didn’t have to sneak them into cream cheese like everything else!

Rainier seems to have improved! It has only been 2 or 3 weeks. He moves better and isn’t so stiff when he first gets up. The snapping noises aren’t so prominent when he gets up and lies down. So I would call that significant improvement! he is walking without showing signs of pain like in the past. I sincerely hope I don’t have to put him through TPLO surgery again! I put him on the HA formula as an initial dosing. He didn’t get support like that when he was in recovery. I plan on continuing the GlycanAid regular maintenance when I finish this bottle. I plan to keep him on this supplement for the rest of his life. I believe that this formula gives him the joint support he needs. I see a distinct difference in his performance and behavior. We are about halfway through the first bottle and I didn’t expect to see such good results! Thank you again for your incentive and encouragement.

My German Shepherd has been on GlycanAid-HA and Flexerna for over a month and is doing really well. He’s moving about far better than before – although in fairness he’s also recovering from TPLO surgery, so I’d expect him to be doing better. The thing is before surgery his other knee seemed to have issues as well and that knee had to do extra weight-bearing while he recovered from the surgery. So the fact that he’s not favoring either leg and able to get up readily and anxious to do all sorts of activity says to me he’s doing a lot better. He loves the  GlycanAid-HA and seems to view it as a treat rather than something I have to trick him into taking, which makes it easier for me. He’s doing so well, I have no intention of stopping the GlycanAid-HA even though empirically that would be a better testament as to its effectiveness. While there are other somewhat similar products out there, TopDog seems dedicated to making sure that the ingredients are first-rate, not cheaper less effective versions. And if you have questions, Dr. J. will respond to you himself, which increases my confidence in these products.
